I hate how Instagram forces a 1:1 crop ratio. However, it's a pretty big social media outlet, so..... yeah... follow me if you'd like joereimer (https://www.deviantart.com/joereimer).
I refuse to crop my photos though, so everything will have black bars on the top and bottom.

K... going on a little rant here.
DeviantArt is an art and photography website... right? So why does it suck so bad at accurately representing colors? Seriously... I get more accurate colors uploading to Facebook. 500px's colors are great. But every time I upload a photo or piece of art to DA... it's dull and just doesn't pop like it does on other sites. I've also tried different color profiles (ie. sRGB, ProPhoto, Adobe RGB)... all with the same results.
Grrr.
